The Shanker Art Foundation and ARTinfoINDIA COM have since 2012 successfully organised eight annual editions of Children Art Contest and Exhibition. The contests were titled TITLEE- The Butterfly 2012, TITLEE- The Butterfly 2013, PEACOCK- The National Bird 2014, Lotus- The National Flower 2015, Tiger – The National Animal 2016, Colours of National Symbols 2017, Colours of National Symbols 2018 and My Favourite Festival 2019, My Favourite Indian Monument 2020(Online) and Create Collage During Lockdown 2020 (Online).
We have received an overwhelming response from Schools, Art Schools, Hobby Centres and Parents for these successive editions. This year on occasion of 75 years of India’s Independence, we are glad to announce ‘India of My Dream’ as the theme for the 10th All India Children Art Contest.
This is to depict our Faith, Belief, Love and Concern for India through Paintings, Drawings and Collages.
Our sole aim is to sensitize/motivate/educate young and budding children through art towards the importance of our Nation.
Salient Features:
- 1 Gold Award, 1 Silver Award, 1 Bronze Award and 5 Commended Awards on every 100 Paintings in each category.
- Award & Merit Certificate for 500+ paintings.
- Exhibition of Selected 300 Paintings at prestigious location in New Delhi

Requirements of the competitive part
The size of the artwork could be
- 15 x 11 Inches or A3
- 12 x 9 Inches or A4
- or any paper size of Standard Sketchbook.
Medium
Any medium of your choice to create Drawing, Painting, Collage or Mixed Media on paper. (Do not Paste 3D material on artwork) Entries must be on good quality paper.
Categories (Groups)
The competition is open for children of preparatory classes to grade / class XII.
- Group A – Preparatory Classes (Nur., LKG, UKG)
- Group B – Grade / Class I & II
- Group C – Grade / Class III & IV
- Group D – Grade / Class V & VI
- Group E – Grade / Class VII & VIII
- Group F – Grade / Class IX & X
- Group G – Grade / Class XI & XII
The schedule of the Competition
- 01 – 31 October 2021 – Please send entry between these dates only.
- 13-14 November 2021 – Judging session by panel of expert judges.
- 20-21 November 2021 – Results will be published at https://childrenartcontest.com and https://facebook.com/childrenartcontest
- November/December 2021 Exhibition of Awarded Paintings at Lobbies of India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

- Labeling the Entries (Individual Participant) Every entry must have the following information at the back of the artwork:
- Name of Participant
- Class & Group
- Entry Fee Booking ID.
- Participation Fee Rs. 400/ (Individual Participant) BUY E-TICKET and mention Ticket No. on backside of the Artwork.

- Rubber Stamp of the Institute
- Download Group Registration Form fill it and send along with artworks.
- Attach List of Participant
- Please provide Address where the courier services have access
- Group Participation Fee Rs. 200/- per entry. A consolidate E-Transfer (Please contact for Bank Details), Cheque, Bank Draft may be issued for all the participants from same institution. Cheque/Bank Draft in favor of : Shanker Art Foundation Please do not send multiple cheque of Rs. 200/- (Entries with cheque of Rs. 200/- shall be disqualified)
- Send entries along with Registration form.
Awards and certificates will be sent only through the courier. You are requested to give your address where the courier can easily reach.
If your school is outside the city then you can also give an address of the Art Teacher or the coordinator
